Apple cider vinegar, (ACV), is a type of vinegar made by the process of fermenting apples and in which withholds properties similar to those of many pharmaceuticals. Properties held by apple cider vinegar include antibacterial, anti-diabetic, antifungal, antimicrobial, antioxidant, astringent and laxative.
